FONCASERVI, S.L., in its commitment to equality, has developed and approved an Equality Plan that has the purpose of establishing and developing a set of practices that integrate the equality of treatment and opportunities between women and men, incorporating the gender perspective into itsorganizational management, without any direct or indirect discrimination based on sex, as a strategic principle of our Quality and Human Resources Policy in accordance with the definition of this principle established by Organic Law 3/2007 of 22th March.

The equality measures answer to an effort promoted from the highest management bodies to change policies and established practices; and develop procedures that ensure equality treatment in all the areas of the company.

It is intended to transform policies and practices of internal and external functioning, in order to articulate the "know-how" with the "know-be" of the organization.

The equality plan develops a series of operating procedures related to the employment access, training, communication, working time management and prevention of sexual harassment and gender harassment to achieve the actual equality within our organization, which are based on the following principles:

• Full and active incorporation of the principle of equal opportunities.
• Creation of working procedures ruled by the principles of equal opportunities when staff selection and recruitment are achieved.
• Incorporation of the gender perspective in all the processes in which decisions affecting the company's business and job development are made.
• Promotion of a professional development model based on the quality and equality of opportunities between women and men.

We make a firm commitment to respect and comply with current rules and regulations as well as those other requirements that the organization subscribes to.
